I am a cheerful person, but sometimes I am also sad. I am used to poverty. I am not used to mingling with other people. I only want to do housework and help my husband in the farm as I am able.

I was just doing house work and farm work before I worked at Dignity. At Dignity, I am with Quality Control. I check the workers’ personal hygiene, pre-operation, post-operation, and temperature monitoring. I call their attention when they do not comply with company policies in order to ensure that we meet the standards of high quality of our virgin coconut oil.

My hopes are for my children to finish their studies so that later they can have good futures.

I want to be able to help my family so that they can be strong to face problems in life in this world as they pursue their dreams and my dreams for them.

Since I worked at Dignity, our life is somehow better now. I now have something that I can depend on. Even if in the future I would have no financial means, I know that with God’s help, I will have something in the coming days.
